Technical Consultant


Location: Chiang Mai and Lumpini, Bangkok, Thailand

Description :-

This ?Technical Support and Consultant? position is located in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

?Technical Support and Consultant? is a critical component of the Allied Telesis team and has responsibilities to:
? Co-work with Section leader to identify opportunities and improve sales pipelines and services.
? Consultancy Services:
o Determines requirements and designs efficient, cost-effective inter-networks based-on products specifications and customer requirements.
o Strategic Solution consulting.
o Assists customer with product selection.
? Techno-Commercial Proposal:
o Work with Section leader in the development and generation of formal techno-commercial proposal.
? Proof-of-Concept (POC):
o Provide On/Off Site Proof-of-Concept based-on solutions and requirements.
o Performs equipment demonstrations for existing/prospective customers and partners?s.
o Document POC result and ensure customer?s official sign-off.
? Response to technical tender
? Assigned as Subject Expert (Specialist)
? Product Training and Update
o To conduct product training and update to partners/customers.
? Technical Support
o Response for Pre/Posted-Sales support.
o Responsible for customer satisfaction, timely issue resolution and co-work with TAC
o Assist TAC team for on-site troubleshooting



Qualifications :-
? Minimum of 3 years general networking industry experience including a practicing knowledge of:
o TCP/IP
o LAN/WAN Inter-Networking
o Network Security technologies
? Must have experience to familiar with networking products and technologies:
o Router, Switch, Wireless Solution, NMS, MSAN
o IP Telephony, IPTV, FTTx
o OSPF, BGP, IPv6, Multicast
? Good knowledge of Network Security solutions (Firewall, VPN, IP-Sec, SSL, Intrusion Detection/Prevention System)
? Must have strong Written and Verbal Presentation, Listening, Negotiation, Technical/non-Technical presentation skill with the ability to discuss highly technical concepts with a variety of audience including Executive level technical decision-makers.
? Good knowledge in telecommunication market.
? Strong communication skills with customers, as well as internal company team and report document creation.
? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
? Good English communication skill
? Ability to travel other provinces and abroad.
? Able to work under pressure.
? Good in troubleshooting.
? Proactive and self-starter attitude.
? Good interpersonal skills
