Tiger Trail is a local tour operator, based in Luang Prabang, who specialises in day excursions and longer trip through the whole of Laos. We have a team of 50 members in positions of management, sales, operations, tour guides, drivers and assisting personnel.

As we grow year over year, we are in need of an Accounting Management Trainer to train and lead our accounting team to better performance. Initially we are in need of a 3-6 month placement to train, supervise and teach our existing team. The position may be extended depending on performance

Responsibilities:
• Supervising the daily accounting operations & managing the software MYOB
• Continuously stimulating and training the accounting staff members on job
• Monthly reporting to management (Reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow and Cash Flow Forecast)
• Attending weekly management meetings to advise in the decision making process
• Insure the proper use of the new MYOB accounting system
• Focus on accurate data entry and ongoing implementation

Requirements:
• Knowledge in accounting software, preferred MYOB
• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Min. 2 years experience in accounting
• Proof of leadership skills
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive personality & team player
